Nick Ellems has over 7 years' experience in the Strength and Conditioning industry, specializing in the development of youth athletes. He has have worked with a wide array of athletes, from Rugby League, Union, Soccer, AFL, Cricket, Swimming & more. His specialty lies in utilizing a holistic approach to youth athletic development, understanding the role ALL physical qualities play in building the complete athlete.
Physical literacy and sound movement skills - alongside strength are integral pieces to a strong foundation and long-term athletic success. Nick's focus is on providing children with the opportunity to expand and sharpen their movement skills, whilst building their strongest self.
My coaching methodology is centered around developing a connection with my athletes founded upon empathy, commitment and trust.

Nick Ellems Performance is located within O2 Performance on the bottom floor of the Sports Hub precinct on Lake Kawana, Bokarina, Sunshine Coast.
This state of the art inclusive 2000sqm facility is designed for professional athletes, general population and special cases. The gym contains 4 specific areas, 60m IAAF Sprint Track, 30m Astro Turf space, 8 full lifting platform with speciality bars, and two separate lifting spaces that include cables and machines. There is also a private spin and training room designed specifically for teams.
No. Membership is not a requirement. Private training sessions increase by $10 and semi-private group sessions by $5 for non-members.
